Data deletion and privacy requests

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you.

How to make a request

1. Email anovasystems@gmail.com from the email address you used to sign up, with the subject line "Privacy request".
2. Say what you want: a copy of your information, a correction, deletion, or to stop calls and texts.
3. Include the name and phone number you gave us so we can find your record.

We will confirm your request within 10 days and complete it within 45 days, or tell you why we cannot. If you ask us to delete your information, we remove it from our lead list and student area, and we ask our service providers to remove it as well. We may keep a minimal record that you asked to opt out, and records we are legally required to keep.

Facebook and Instagram

If you came to this site from a Facebook or Instagram ad, you can also manage the ads you see in your Meta account settings under Ad preferences. To remove information collected about you through the Meta Pixel on our site, decline cookies with the banner on this site, and contact us if you would like us to delete your information from our records.
